On June 13, 2024, PCCR had a launching ceremony for the newly constructed Mutsindo ECD Center in the Ngoma district through ChildFund Korea support. The center is composed of 3 classrooms, kitchen, sleeping area for children, teachers office, toilets , play facilities!
